VILLA ARICI
Set in an acre and a half, Villa ARICI is the most private, centrally located, luxury villa in Dalyan. A fabulous, spacious 4 bedroomed villa, it sleeps up to 10 people very comfortably. The villa is privately situated within a walled garden of one and a half acres allowing holidaymakers to enjoy relaxing days by the pool on the spacious terrace surrounded by mountain views. You can enjoy complete seclusion here, the property has no neighbours giving uninterrupted panoramic views, yet it is only a 15 minute walk into Dalyan. The secluded location and the big garden makes it ideal for anyone looking for total privacy.
THE VILLA
The large open plan kitchen, dining room and seating area overlooking the terrace. The kitchen itself is large and well equipped with granite covered work surfaces a gas and electric hob, an oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a TV in the dining area with internet access. There is a utility room off the kitchen housing the washing machine and boiler. The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. The second double room has a king size bed and en-suite shower room The third bedroom on this floor is a large twin bedded room, adjacent to the family bathroom. All the bedrooms on the first floor have their own private balconies. On the second floor there is a further twin bedded room with a single sofa bed.
THE POOL AND GARDEN
The covered terrace wraps around the entire back of the house, as well as dining table with seating for 10 people there is a large brick built BBQ to the side of the terrace giving easy access from the kitchen. The pool is 70 sq m and has marble steps down into it. The very large terrace around the pool is big enough for 10 sunbeds spread around and still has plenty of room for children to play. The area around the house and pool has been fenced in and is grassed over and planted with fruit trees. The remaining acre is planted with pomegranate trees. The pomegranate orchard is also home to our flock of chickens which provide our guests with organic eggs.
